Tellme Opens Voice Services Platform for Microsoft Contact Center Partners
New partner program creates end-to-end speech-enabled contact center solutions for enterprise customer service

The program, now available to the extensive Microsoft partner community, allows partner companies to bring flexible and cost efficient speech-based solutions to enterprise customers. With this new partner-led sales and delivery model, partners can expand their offerings with the latest in IVR innovation and the benefits of an on-demand service, including the ability to grow with customers as their customer service needs evolve.
The Partner Program takes Tellme's industry-leading caller experience to brand new markets — from the Fortune 100 to tens of thousands of enterprises in industries such as financial services, healthcare and communications. Partners will experience a high-touch partner program that gives them direct access to top speech engineers, UI designers, developers and network operations professionals. More specifically, customer care and general practice partners gain the opportunity to market, sell and deliver voice recognition services using the proven automation capabilities of the Tellme platform.
Tellme will focus the next year on enabling partners to deliver and manage Tellme-based solutions. This will be done through comprehensive online training curriculums and sessions at both Tellme and Microsoft facilities nationwide.
